In the heart of the charming Gustavia, stands Fish Corner, a contemporary eatery and bar that captures the seaside state of mind. Just a short stroll up from the harbor, the restaurant has a clear focus: simple, precise preparations of the finest and freshest seafood available.
In 2018, Johnny Laplace, a fisherman native from the island, decided to make a reality his prospect of one day opening a fish place. This is how Fish Corner landed in town: a 40 seats restaurant with a self- proclaimed dedication to using carefully sourced, quality, ingredients to make good food from scratch to hand.

The chef's passion for Caribbean flavors is incorporated into the menu adding maracudja, coconut, sweet potato and vegetarian chilli to the catch of the day. There are plenty of delicious recipes to be had at Fish Corner from our famous big in flavor tuna tacos to our royal trigger fish slathered in a tasty passion fruit butter, accompanied by sides of roasted vegetables.
